Please do not reproduce, sell, trace, copy, edit or claim as your own artwork. Only commissioners and character owners may re-upload relevant artworks as long as proper credit is given.Important note
I require a clear ref.sheet(s) or image(s) of the character, without shadings, highlights or textures / noise filters. If a clear image is not provided, it needs to at least have a clear color map/swatches without filters. Otherwise the commission is automatically rejected, as I won't start guessing the correct colors.I only accept commissions from clients of legal age (18+).

CONTACT & INQUIRY

♦ I only accept commissions through my official commission form.
-> Announcements of the form's opening are posted on my Discord server one week earlier than publicly. Publicly I will announce in my FurAffinity journals.♦ If you have anything to discuss beforehand/any questions, the fastest way to contact me is either via note in FurAffinity or directly in Discord (Xaltarr).♦ I do not accept orders from empty/new accounts to avoid risking serving blacklisted or scammy clients.
-> If the client is active outside FurAffinity, they need to provide me with their other socials. I may also ask them to verify their buyer credibility in any way I see fit. I may ask an empty/new account to present me their previous commissions and contact the artist about them. I will not start working or accept any payments until I receive a reply from the artist. Failing to present me with other social accounts /or/ previous art or not owning any, I may refuse the commission.♦ I chat in English or Finnish

GENERAL INFORMATION

♦ I don’t accept commissions with a certain due date, unless I’m provided at least 1-2 months time to work on the commission.♦ I won't accept text/description only based commissions. I need visual references of your characters!♦ All the prices are for a single character. Any additional character(s) cost +50% or +100% depending how visible/main the characters in question are.♦ Note: Adding any of my oc’s to the commission costs no extra!
Up to two (2), after which they will cost a regular additional character price.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

♦ All payments are done via PayPal only. I will provide you with my PayPal.me to which you can pay the commission. For trusted members of the FurAffinity / art community, I am willing to create invoices if requested.♦ All the prices are in Euros (€), so if you use other currencies, please check how much it'll cost for you with currency converters. All payments must be made in Euros.
-> If, for whatever reason you pay with different currency (e.g. US dollars), you will need to make extra payments until I receive the correct amount of money.♦ If you feel like tipping me, feel free to add whatever amount of tip you wish to the original payment via PayPal. You can also drop tips/donations to my Ko-fi page or PayPal.me (please note that any tips/donations are non-refundable as per PayPal’s policy).♦ Never send me money via the “friends or family”; these payments will NOT be refunded, and are not accepted as commission payments.♦ Payment plans can be arranged if needed to, when the price of the commission exceeds 200€. Payment plans will receive a +20% inconvenience fee added to it. Payments can be done in a series of 1-4 installments either bi-weekly or once a month. Payment plans can be planned for up to 4 months. If the price of the commission ever exceeds 1500€, the plan can be extended up to 12 months.
Please note that you will receive the finished commission only after full payment has been made.♦ The commission must be fully paid once I ask for the payment, within 7 days of the request. If the payment is not done within said time-limit and the customer has not contacted me in any other way, I have the right to cancel the whole commission.

💰 Additional charges/costs♦ I may accept extreme fetish themes at +200-300% of the regular commission rate.♦ You can request your commission to have a priority over others at an additional cost of +25% of the commission’s total value.
-> Your commission will skip the line and be worked first. If other clients have purchased this skip as well, your commission will be moved to be worked next until your commission is above all regular clients.♦ Highly detailed characters cost +10-50% extra depending on the number of details or overall difficulty in design. I will always inform you if your character feels highly detailed for me. Some things that may add the fee, but are not limited to:
• wings / additional limbs or heads
• tattoos / complex fur pattern / complex markings / complex or multiple scars
• taur
• complex clothing/armor, weapons
• anything mechanical

BLACKLIST & RESTRICTIONS

Under certain circumstances I reserve the right to restrict or deny service to some customers. This will happen if one or more of the listed problems appears more than once during our work together.• I feel uncomfortable or unsafe working with the customer• I receive information that the client might be a scammer, or there are multiple other artists claiming they’re a scammer, I might cancel the commission unless the client can somehow prove the allegations are faulty.• I am being spammed with messages unrelated to the commission• A customer has added me in Discord to chat about a commission but ends up trying to befriend me / keeps discussing about anything else but the commission• Communication problems, such as; ghosting, very poor English, unclear orders, etc.• Payment problems, such as; not paying the invoice, asking a refund for the invoice through PayPal without communicating with me first, payment plans have many delays/are not being paid

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

I only accept refunds as long as I haven't finished the work.• If the client wants to cancel a commission, I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.• If you feel the need to cancel/refund, let me know asap. Dropping communication and issuing a refund directly through PayPal is just disrespectful, and may boot you to my blacklisted clients. Under any circumstances you’re not obligated to stick to the commission, you can cancel/ask for a refund at any time; please contact me and let me know, so that I may issue a refund for you.• If I need to cancel the commission due to events of my own life or other irl issues, I will always inform you about it and issue a refund where applicable.

PROCESS

1. As I only accept commissions through my official form, I go through them and choose 1-3 commissions to be worked on at a time. If your commission was accepted, I will contact you directly either via FurAffinity dm (note) or Discord. Please have dm's enabled so I can contact you!2. I will doodle some very rough pose sketches for you to choose from (unless you provide me with a specific reference for the pose).3. Once the pose has been established, I will start sketching it.4. Once I have a finished sketch version I will ask for the payment. After the commission has been paid, I will continue showing the sketch and you can point out any things that I might’ve missed / corrections / etc. It is best to do any major changes in this state!5. For full color works; next step is where I show the flat colors to check I got all the colors/markings correctly before continuing.6. After payment has been done, it will take 1-5 days to receive the completed commission.• Note: any bigger changes and adjustments can only be made while the commission is still a sketch. Some minor adjustments can still be made during lineart-stage, but after that no more tweaks/changes can be done.
-> Once the commission has fully been finished, only color changes/corrections can be made, I do not accept any major changes.• Important note: there are no wip’s for sketches or colored sketches! You will only receive the finished artwork once it’s fully done. In case I have missed something on your character, I will edit the artwork.• I accept changes based on things that I have forgotten/missed, like markings or essential accessories. If this information was not clearly visible on the character’s ref.sheet/provided images, or was not given to my knowledge in any other way beforehand, I may ask for a +15% inconvenience fee.• I generally do not provide the full resolution of the finished commission to avoid commercial usage out of my consent.• I always try to finish a commission within a ~30 day period, unless I have significant irl issues, of which I will always inform the client. Note that I don’t work on commissions during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or some holidays.

RIGHTS & DISTRIBUTION

• The artist retains all copyrights to the artwork.• These commissions are generally for personal use only, not meant for profit-making or commercial usage. Feel free to make icons or personal prints to your wall, but you may not use them for your own profit, unless agreed upon differently. This includes, but is not limited to; selling prints and merchandise with the artwork.
-> If you’re going to sell the character you commissioned, you can include the commission made by me• By providing me with the reference sheets/images for your commission, you declare that you have full copyrights to said characters /or/ owner’s permission for usage. You take full responsibility for using them in the commission.• I reserve the copyright to all designs I create. If I design a character for you, credit me as the designer.• You may post any art made for you to your own page(s) and show it off wherever you like, as long as proper credit is given, and preferably a link to my page.• Do not trace/copy my artwork or claim my own characters as yours.
I reserve all rights to the artwork, including the rights of distribution; I can post these commissions on my sites and use them for promotion.
-> If you want the commissioned artwork to remain anonymous indefinitely (meaning I will never post it anywhere nor use for promotion), an additional charge of +50% of the commission’s total value will be added• If you wish to purchase all or certain rights to the artwork, please contact me for pricing. These rates will be industry rates and as such significantly higher, depending on what the rights in question are.• If you wish for a different artist to color or otherwise edit a commission made by me, please ask me before and show me the artist in question.• I reserve the right to decide if I want to upload your commission to any of my pages.
